Anyone who raved about the British convertible understatement of the 1950s had never taken a seat in the Mercedes-Benz 220 S. In light moss green with beige flanks and the same interior, it heralded the refinement of driving, outdoor fun and the beginnings of its owner's prosperity. WIKING has revitalized the classic with the convertible elegance of its years of construction from historical forms and based on the creation of the legendary master model builder Alfred Kedzierski and refined it with a new contemporary interior. This means that the aesthetics of post-war automotive history in the 1:87 program come into their own in great detail in the model construction. The Mercedes-Benz remained an automotive monument - in the model and in the original. When production of the 220 convertible ended in 1960, the days of pontoons on German roads slowly came to an end.

Here at House of Hobbies, all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48HR Tracked and will normally be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of acceptance of order. Items marked as 'Available' will typically be shipped within 7-14 days as we call them in from supply

Returns
Sometimes things don't work out, and that's fine! We are happy to issue refunds for new, unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled here at House of Hobbies, within 30 days of delivery. Return costs for non faulty items are at the buyers expense. We will not issue refunds for multiple purchases of the same product at all so this should be taken into consideration when purchasing quantities of an item, whether for collecting or resale. Refunds on returned Pre Ordered items will only be issued as store credit.
Your refund will be sent to you after we have received the product back, and you should receive a full refund within four weeks at the latest (but in most cases, it will be far quicker - this time period just covers transit time for us receive the product back, send it to our distributor, and get a new one back if necessary, then have your refund processed by the bank). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you need to send something back then please package it accordingly and post it to House of Hobbies, Unit F, Platts Lane Industrial Estate, Burscough, West Lancashire, L40 7TP and please include a little note explaining why it's coming back to us and your order number.
