EF61 is a DC electric locomotive for passengers, which was completed in 1961. It is equipped with a steam generator (SG) for heating and a water / fuel tank, so it has a car body compared to EF60 / EF65. The biggest feature is that it is long. The baggage trains operated by EF61s and EF58s are famous.
When it first appeared, it was used to tow the Tokaido / Sanyo Main Line express trains and the 20-series sleeper limited express trains, but later it was repainted with the standard paint color Blue No. 15 for new performance DC machines. He was a great supporting player who supported the transportation of the Tokaido-Sanyo Main Line during the JNR era, mainly operating luggage trains and freight trains on the Sanyo Main Line.
It is ideal as a traction machine for the K10-899 / 1724 mail / baggage train "Tokaido / Sanyo" 6-car set A / B>, which is scheduled to be released at the same time.
In addition, the scene of the Sanyo Main Line of the past can be reproduced by combining it with the EF65 towed Blue Train and the 117 series.

Returns
Sometimes things don't work out, and that's fine! We are happy to issue refunds for new, unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled here at House of Hobbies, within 30 days of delivery. Return costs for non faulty items are at the buyers expense. We will not issue refunds for multiple purchases of the same product at all so this should be taken into consideration when purchasing quantities of an item, whether for collecting or resale. Refunds on returned Pre Ordered items will only be issued as store credit.
Your refund will be sent to you after we have received the product back, and you should receive a full refund within four weeks at the latest (but in most cases, it will be far quicker - this time period just covers transit time for us receive the product back, send it to our distributor, and get a new one back if necessary, then have your refund processed by the bank). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you need to send something back then please package it accordingly and post it to House of Hobbies, Unit F, Platts Lane Industrial Estate, Burscough, West Lancashire, L40 7TP and please include a little note explaining why it's coming back to us and your order number.
