The DD16 is a small, lightweight diesel locomotive developed to replace steam locomotives (C12, C56, etc.) with low line standards among the local lines in the late 1940s, and a total of 65 vehicles were manufactured. Yes. As it is compact with a total length of less than 12m and 48t, it has been used to reduce smoke for light exchange on the Koumi Line, Iiyama Line, Oito Line, Nanao Line, Noto Line, Kyushu's Yamano Line, etc.
The snow removal DD16 300s with Russell Head appeared after remodeling and making new Russell Head from 1979 (1979) to 1983 (1983). Active on Iiyama Line and Oitokita Line.
KATO has modeled the DD16, which is suitable for small layouts, and the DD16 304, which is still active on the JR Nishinihon Oita Kita Line, with a realistic appearance and good running performance.

? DD16 304 Russell snowplow set
· Russell Head is a realistic and accurate commercialization of the working condition as a prototype.
· The existing No. 304 machine is a prototype that is active on the Oitokita Line of JR West. Connects Russell Head and reproduces a figure of up to 36m in length.
· The locomotive main body makes a roof equipped with a jumper plug of an end beam and a wireless antenna, and reproduces the 300s accurately.
· The snow removal wing on the side of the Russell head is movable (manual). ? ? ? Headlight (bulb color LED) / tail light of the upper surface part lights as standard.
· Locomotives can be lighted by attaching the optional ASSY light unit.
· Number plate is block type 304. Arnold coupler between the locomotive and Russell Head. Replacement knuckle coupler included.
· Russell-type snowplow set reproduces H rubber of various places including locomotive in current black. Differentiated from gray H rubber expression single item vehicle.
-The package is a foam insole and paper cosmetic box specification.

? (N) For DD16 equipped with the accessory knuckle coupler and passing a 150 mm radius curve.
· If the partner vehicle (* 1) to be linked is not compatible with passing through R150, it may be difficult to drive, so please run on a curved track with a radius that matches the vehicle to be linked. (* 1) Example: 20M class vehicles, Wam 80000, etc. also have a minimum passing radius of R249 or more. Please be careful.
· When replacing the DD 16 with the attached knuckle coupler (* 2) and performing two-to-two connection operation on the short side of the bonnet, a straight line of 62 mm or more between the S-shaped curves with a radius of 183 mm or less. There is no problem in the case of a single curve (* 2) If DD16 is replaced with the included knuckle coupler, the swing angle of the coupler will be different on the connecting surfaces on both sides, but the above The conditions are met, so you can use it with confidence.

Returns

Sometimes things don't work out, and that's fine! We are happy to issue refunds for new, unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled here at House of Hobbies, within 30 days of delivery. Return costs for non faulty items are at the buyers expense. We will not issue refunds for multiple purchases of the same product at all so this should be taken into consideration when purchasing quantities of an item, whether for collecting or resale. Refunds on returned Pre Ordered items will only be issued as store credit.

Your refund will be sent to you after we have received the product back, and you should receive a full refund within four weeks at the latest (but in most cases, it will be far quicker - this time period just covers transit time for us receive the product back, send it to our distributor, and get a new one back if necessary, then have your refund processed by the bank). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
