10-583 115 series 1000 series Niigata color 3-Car Set
The 115 series in the Niigata area appeared as a replacement for the 70 series train until that time in 1976. Nowadays, a renewal car has also appeared in which blue shades are wound around the waist, but green tinting is also active in a wide range.
The operation section is centered on the Niigata area, and Shinetsu Main Line runs to Nagaoka, and the Joetsu Line operates on the water. Nagano areas are active throughout the DC section in the Niigata branch area, such as Myoko Kogen.

The 115 series 1000s (N16 formation) belonging to the Niigata Color Niigata Vehicle Center are reproduced as a prototype.

Returns
Sometimes things don't work out, and that's fine! We are happy to issue refunds for new, unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled here at House of Hobbies, within 30 days of delivery. Return costs for non faulty items are at the buyers expense. We will not issue refunds for multiple purchases of the same product at all so this should be taken into consideration when purchasing quantities of an item, whether for collecting or resale. Refunds on returned Pre Ordered items will only be issued as store credit.
Your refund will be sent to you after we have received the product back, and you should receive a full refund within four weeks at the latest (but in most cases, it will be far quicker - this time period just covers transit time for us receive the product back, send it to our distributor, and get a new one back if necessary, then have your refund processed by the bank). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you need to send something back then please package it accordingly and post it to House of Hobbies, Unit F, Platts Lane Industrial Estate, Burscough, West Lancashire, L40 7TP and please include a little note explaining why it's coming back to us and your order number.
