Super Stay Alive is the natural partner for your Zen Decoders, however they are also ideal for adding to high quality sound decoders which allow stay alive installation – such as ESU, Zimo and others
Despite their excellent power storage ability, the Super Stay Alive is very good value… and slightly smaller than competitive products.
Installation is easy – Just match the blue and black wires to the blue and black stay-alive wires already attached to your Zen decoder. The overall size of Super Stay-Alives is a compact 32.3mm long x 16.1mm wide x 5.3mm high

Using Zen with other brand decoders:
Yes, all Zen Stay-Alive products will work with many decoder brands that have stay-alive connections provided along with any DCC Concepts decoder with V9 or above software. Please note however that while any Zen Stay-Alive will also work with many decoders which do not provide stay-alive connections ex-factory, soldering directly to the PCB of a decoder would be required and this needs excellent soldering skills. Please plan and work carefully if you intend to do so.
Unfortunately, because any error will damage the decoder, we do not feel it appropriate that we advise you regarding direct soldering points on any decoder that does not advertise stay alive ability.

Here at House of Hobbies, all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48HR Tracked and will normally be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of acceptance of order. Items marked as 'Available' will typically be shipped within 7-14 days as we call them in from supply

Returns
Sometimes things don't work out, and that's fine! We are happy to issue refunds for new, unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled here at House of Hobbies, within 30 days of delivery. Return costs for non faulty items are at the buyers expense. We will not issue refunds for multiple purchases of the same product at all so this should be taken into consideration when purchasing quantities of an item, whether for collecting or resale. Refunds on returned Pre Ordered items will only be issued as store credit.
Your refund will be sent to you after we have received the product back, and you should receive a full refund within four weeks at the latest (but in most cases, it will be far quicker - this time period just covers transit time for us receive the product back, send it to our distributor, and get a new one back if necessary, then have your refund processed by the bank). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If you need to send something back then please package it accordingly and post it to House of Hobbies, Unit F, Platts Lane Industrial Estate, Burscough, West Lancashire, L40 7TP and please include a little note explaining why it's coming back to us and your order number.
